Rohit has been actively involved in fitness and martial arts training since 1988. He has conducted fitness classes and self defence seminars in the UK and across Europe. He is currently a director and coach for a company that certifies todays generation of personal trainers and fitness instructors. He strongly believes that variety in terms of training keeps things interesting and is the fastest way to achieve positive results. He invests a large amount of his time traveling, meeting and training with like minded fitness professionals to ensure that he is constantly expanding his knowledge and experience.

 Katerina Popkova:

Katerina’s passion for fitness began over a decade ago. As a keen competitor she entered cheerleading competitions in the Czech Republic for three consecutive years in 2000, 2001 and 2002 and more recently fitness and body building competitions. Katerina is aware how difficult it is to get to a size 10 from a size 16 and how challenging it is to maintain a leaner figure after weight loss. She prides herself on motivating her clients to achieve optimum results. Katerina runs bootcamps in West Hampstead and Hampstead Heath.

 Jerome Cheung:

Jerome has always been a keen runner and has been running competitively since the age of 11. He has extensive experience of road running, cross country, and track & field. In his efforts to be more competitive, Jerome has adopted other forms of training and sports to continually improve his all round fitness and conditioning.

He has competed for London at County Cross Country level but now focuses more on road running. His experience has taken him to races across the UK, as well as in New York.
